Michael Miller Design, Freelance Art Director / Designer (01/2021–Present)

  • Through targeted user research and testing, I create innovative, user-focused solutions that enhance digital experiences. For Delta Vacations, I designed user edge cases that optimize app and web efficiency, tailoring interactions to meet the needs of modern travelers.

  • In the healthcare sector, I collaborated with industry leaders to enhance visual communications by elevating HCP (healthcare provider’s) experiences and fostering inclusivity in pharmaceutical studies. My work ensures that critical healthcare information is accessible and impactful.

Our Man in Havana (creative agency), Senior Art Director, (09/2018–08/2021)

  • I was the lead designer for a full-service agency in Dumbo. Working with creative directors, writers, and production staff for client needs and presentations. Designing collateral and high-fidelity mockups in the physical and digital space. Designing websites and in-room collateral for Hyatt-branded hotels. 

  • Collaborating with creative leadership I designed pitches for new business presentations and developed innovative brand design strategies for hospitality, tech, finance, and non-profits. Learning how to translate insights and research into creative executions that ranged from brand communications and digital advertising to experiential opportunities.  

Sony Music Entertainment, Associate Art Director (02/2016–12/2017)

  • To promote meaningful partnerships to bring awareness of the Sony Music catalog’s diverse talent, I designed presentations for Royal Caribbean, Wingstop, Logan’s Roadhouse, Creem Magazine, KPMG, and BT Communications.

  • I created high-end collectible vinyl packaging and reissues from legacy artists and their estates. Designing for Netflix (Stranger Things), Mystikal, Shawn Colvin, AC/DC, E40, Kenny Loggins, The Jacksons, Prodigy, Jeff Buckley, and Cypress Hill for Legacy Recordings.

BBDO, Graphic Designer (03/2013–01/2016)

  • I developed extensive advertising brand style guides. I worked with copywriters and translators to ensure consistency worldwide. I created templates for print, OOH, mobile, and logo variations for all BBDO branches for universal compliance across the MobilDelvac brand. I assisted in the organization and creating pitch presentations for Fortune 500 brands, resulting in creative wins for CVS, Johnson’s Baby, Visa, and Lowes.
